Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To do this:

Upon verification of the claim, we will process the exchange for you at no additional cost.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted in exceptional cases, such as:

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
At Marketish Hub, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience. Please review our Return to Origin (RTO) policy, which applies if a customer fails to accept delivery of their order.
- Definition of RTO: RTO refers to instances where an order is returned to us by the courier due to the customer being unavailable, refusing delivery, or providing incorrect/incomplete address details.
- Customer Unavailability: If a customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, our courier partner will make attempt to deliver the package. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be marked as RTO and returned to our facility.
- Refund Policy for RTO Orders: If your order is returned due to non-delivery, we will process a refund after deducting the Standard Delivery Cost based on your order size. The delivery cost is calculated by the company and varies depending on the dimensions and weight of the order.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds for RTO orders will be initiated within 14-30 business days after the returned package is received and inspected at our facility. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Communication & Tracking: Customers will receive email and SMS notifications regarding delivery attempts and RTO status. We encourage customers to track their orders and ensure availability to avoid RTO charges.
- Address Verification: To prevent RTO occurrences, please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
